Brewing Instructions:
- Tea Quantity: Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea leaves per cup (around 120ml).
- Water Temperature: Heat water to 70-80°C (160-175°F). For the best flavor, let the water cool for 2-3 minutes after boiling.
- Steeping Time: Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 60 seconds. For a second brew, steep for 45 seconds.
- Repeat: You can brew the same leaves 2-3 times, adjusting the steeping time slightly for each brew.
