Brewing Instructions:

1. Tea Quantity: Use 1 teaspoon (2-3g) of tea leaves per cup (around 120ml).

2. Water Temperature: Heat water to 70-80°C (160-175°F). Avoid boiling water, as it can make the tea taste bitter. If you don't have a thermometer you can achieve this by letting the water cool for 2-3 minutes after it boiled. 

3. Steeping Time: Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and steep for 60 seconds. For a second brew, steep for 45 seconds.

4. Repeat: You can brew the same leaves 2-3 times, adjusting the steeping time slightly for each subsequent brew.
